Do you know the situation when you feel powerless and you are sure that during the next hours you will definitely fall ill? The best thing which helps me is a tea with fresh ingredients. So all I do is to take a cup of boiled water and in a next step to add some slides of ginger, fresh mint, honey and a few drops of lemon juice. This is my secret recipe for you guys :)

FOOD #2: POMEGRANATE SALAD
Last weekend I made this fresh and light salad full of vitamins. This salad is very easy to prepare and provides you with summer feelings even during cold days!!!
RECIPE
Ingredients
1 Pomegranate
1 Field Salad
1 Orange
1 Avocado
Dressing:
5 leaves of Mint
4-5 tablespoons of Olive Oil
Juice of the pomegranate
Juice of ½ lime
Juice of ¼ Orange
Salt and Pepper
Peel the Pomegranate, Orange and Avocado. While peeling the pomegranate you put the remaining juice aside for the dressing. Wash the Salad and mix it with the fruits. For the dressing you mix the ingrdients with a hand blender and salt/ pepper to taste.
